JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Regional Clinical Research Associate

Monitors clinical trials and manages clinical sites within an assigned geographic territory to support pharmaceutical development programs. Assures the proper conduct of the clinical trials, the quality and validity of study data, and compliance with protocols, regulations, SOP's and GCP's. Participates in special assignments to facilitate quality enhancement of the clinical trial process.
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Regional Clinical Research Associate
* Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline with 7 years experience, or MS degree with 5 years experience
* Minimum of 4 years experience in clinical research
* Ability and willingness to take part in special assignments
* Good knowledge of clinical trials monitoring, regulatory compliance and clinical research methodology
* Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Flexibility and ability to travel routinely up to 70% of the time
* Good knowledge of computers and standard computer applications
