JOB DESCRIPTION: Director, Marketing Acne
Reporting to VP, GMPS Consumer Dermatology Lead and Develop Global Marketing Strategy for Designated Therapeutic Area including: ? Global Brand Plans ? New Product Development ? Lifecycle Management ? Global Communications Strategy and Integration (PR/Advertising/Digital Media, Publications) ? Corporate Development Activity and Strategy Responsible for development and leadership of coordinated Global Planning Process for Designated Therapeutic Area ? Key members include Regional GMPS Marketing, Top Country Marketers, and R&D Build strong relationship with Regional GMPS gaining alignment between Global and Regional needs. Responsible for design and build of all global brand marketing materials with process that allows for local input and local promotional review. Supervise Brand managers for designated Therapeutic Area Accountable for developing and managing Global Marketing Budget for assigned TA. Responsible for coordinating and managing key Global Customer Relationships including KOL’s, agencies, and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Director, Marketing Acne
Bachelors degree 6-8 years Pharmaceutical Specialty or Consumer Brand Marketing experience. Global Business experience required P&L experience Agency experience (Advertising, Creative, etc.) Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team. Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical product development. Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory issues impacting product marketing Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics driving the Global health care environment. Leadership skills as well as persuasive written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated understanding of program/project management processes and tools. Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and creativity. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills. Team player with an ability to be a participant and a leader. Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, word processing, spreadsheet and database computer software (Microsoft Office Applications).
MBA Consumer Healthcare Marketing experience. Pharmaceutical Sales experience. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and QuarkXpress.
