JOB DESCRIPTION: Director, Global Integrated Communications
The purpose of this position is to lead, develop, and facilitate the global communications strategy for the Consumer Dermatology business.
Reports to VP, GMPS Consumer Dermatology.
Lead and develop Global Communications strategy including:
? Global Advertising – Traditional Media (TV, Print, etc.)
? Global Digital Media – Web
? Global Media effectiveness
Lead and Develop Global Public Relations Strategy for Consumer Dermatology (Internal and External).
Lead and develop key Global Agency relationships.
Work closely with each TA Lead to develop and align communication strategy.
Work closely with Regional GMPS to meet regional needs.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Director, Global Integrated Communications
Bachelors degree and 6-8 years relevant experience to include Pharmaceutical Specialty or Consumer Brand Marketing experience, public relations, P&L and agency. Global orientation-A solid understanding of cultural differences globally and a demonstrated ability to work cohesively with managers and colleagues from around the world. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical product development. Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory issues impacting product marketing. Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics driving the Global health care environment. Leadership skills as well as persuasive written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrated understanding of program/project management processes and tools. Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and creativity. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong team player with an ability to be a participant and a leader. Must have the ability to adapt in a highly competitive environment and overcome routine obstacles by presenting workable solutions.
MBA
Global experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience.
