JOB DESCRIPTION: Mfg Team Member (MTM)
Responsible for performing basic assembly functions of disposable medical devices following G.M.P. and F.D.A. standards. Also perform basic machining functions with the ability to operate buffers, automated welding equipment and/or other related machinery used in the manufacturing process of the Device Manufacturing Team.
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Mfg Team Member (MTM)
1. Performs a variety of operations in the assembly of disposable medical devices, including basic machine operation, such as automated welding, straightening, soldering, knurling, adhesive bond operations and inspection.
2. Ability to operate and adjust delicate manufacturing and/or inspection equipment / instruments.
3. .Inspects parts using basic gauges, such as functional gauges, laser micrometer, comparator, vernier calipers and drop indicators.
4. Maintains manufacturing equipment per machine maintenance schedules.
5. Responsible for housekeeping within functional area or as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum 0-2 years of medical device assembly experience. Knowledgeable in basic G.M.P practices.
High School graduate, or equivalent.
