JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager, New Products
Manage the Product Launch Team to ensure appropriate execution of the plans. Continually assess timelines, business risks, & strategies in light of changing internal and external factors. Recommended solutions where appropriate. Track and report portfolio status, plans, and risks to senior management
Lead meetings, with multiple levels of management, to include process oversight, strategy development, technical execution, commercial planning & execution, and launch preparedness. Oversee all New Products related meetings and coordinate activities with Operations, Legal Affairs, Generic R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Alliance Management, Supply Chain, Global Purchasing and Sales & Marketing.
Lead the overall effort to maintain accurate unit demand forecasts for all THS Oracle Demand Planning Forecasts to allow supply planning managers to generate accurate production requirements on our various manufacturing facilities and third party vendors. Primary focus is the next 24 months but this position will also manage long - term unit forecasts when long - term strategic financial plans are published each year
Facilitate meetings on a regular basis with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to ensure concurrance with the final demand forecast for each product.
In addition, facilitate regularly scheduled Executive review meetings to ensure that Senior management is aligned in regard to the Unit Demand Forecasts

Manage Global NPIS System for THS products
Manage the process to enable successful on-time launches of THS products
Successful manage the process of translating the financial forecast into a Demand Forecast
Oversee all integration of marketing into Global systems such as Oracle and NPIS
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Project Manager, New Products
B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience is required with a background in pharmaceuticals
Demonstrated project management and integrated project planning skills. Strong analytical skills, demonstrated successful experience working on complex cross-functional project teams. Computer skills including MS Office Suite and database and project management software. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Must be able to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
