JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyst - Technology Integration Analytics
Position Summary
Report metrics and proivde analysis to calibrate learning and talent efforts ; support learning technologies of talent management activities; support learning management and learning content systems for individual and organzational development; and support analytical tools designed to assess individual and organizational capability. Provide data and analysis for activities designed to promote organization change, talent retention and succession planning, to ensure the cultivation of long-term management capacity and capability.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 15%, to various TEVA sites in North America and globally
Responsibilities:
* Reporting, analysis and support responsibility for organizational analytics, metrics and benchmarks for human capital, talent and performance management, succession and leadership capability, and other related measurements
* Reporting, analysis and support responsibility for Teva NA instances of learning and talent systems and technologies, including, but not limited to, learning management, learning content management, applicant tracking, tuition/education management, talent and performance management, and other current and future related systems. Researches advanced technologies aimed at talent and learning management activities.
* Support of Internet/extranet portal(s) for leadership, training, and other learning and talent development related information
* Coordinates closely with and provides technology and analytical support to the Learning and Employee Development and Talent Management and Organizational Development functions of the Learning & Talent Development Organization, including Continuous Improvement (CI) practices and processes. Demonstrates excellent skill and proficiency in collaborative work relationships within operating unit and across business functions
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Analyst - Technology Integration Analytics
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, Education or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Education Preferred
MS/MBA in Statistics, IT, Human Resources, Business, Education or related discipline
Experience Required:
2+ years of technical and/or analytical support of human resources, organizational analytics, human capital metrics, etc.
Experience Preferred:
4+ years in an HR IT/Analytics function in a medium-to-large organization
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:
Strong knowledge of human capital metrics, HRIS or learning/educational systems, Microsoft Office (especially Word and Power Point); Lotus Notes; experience with a learning management system (LMS); capability in web-based or computer based (CBT) training software such as Authorware or Captivate.
