JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis - Janssen AI, LLC
The Financial Reporting Manager for Janssen Alzheimer Immunotherapy Research & Development, LLC will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Janssen AI organization. Major Responsibilities: All aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with Johnson and Johnson Worldwide Procedures and GAAP. Coordination / completion of LYNX, BRAVO, and other J&J related submissions. Develop and maintain efficient and effective Management Reporting, Business Partner. BVA's, Elan Minority Interest Reporting, Irish Board Reporting, J&J Corporate / PRD
Requirements, Legal Reporting (Ireland and US), and Tax related requirements. Primary liaison with Corporate Group Finance, the Pharm R&D Finance Group, Worldwide Procedures, Corporate Accounting, and Elan Financial Reporting. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of financial systems, processes, and controls (including SOX and compliance related activities. Prepare and analyze in depth financial and business performance analyses of budgets, forecasts and actual results for review by Senior Management. Coordination / continuous improvement of monthly planning and reporting. Implement and maintain a process for review, approval, and processing of intercompany / service level agreement charges between multiple legal entities (e.g. US and Irish legal entities, Corporate and Janssen AI, PRD and Janssen AI). Perform ad-hoc reporting requirements and financial analysis.
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis - Janssen AI, LLC
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. A minimum of 5 years financial experience required. Experience working within a pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Excellent PC skills and experience including SAP, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical ability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and written. Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork. Demonstrated ability to lead a process with minimal or no supervision. Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities. High degree of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadline. 10% Domestic and International Travel is required.
