JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager, Information Technology and Facilities Management - Janssen Al, LLC
The Information Technology and Facilities Management position will be responsible for Managing and monitoring I.T. T.S.A. arrangements and service delivery for Janssen Alzheimer Immunotherapy Research & Development, LLC. Managing I.T. S.L.A. arrangements with J&J. Coordinating program planning to facilitate transition from current T.S.A. arrangements to go forward "steady state" I.T. environment. Establishing I.T. procurement process and policies. Management of e-document and records for all agreements and licenses. Principal point of contact for ongoing Facilities and associated agreements for SSF and Dublin sites. Principal point of contact for coordinating Facilities and associated services change control and adoption of J&J standards and policies. Implementing change control programs for I.T. and Facilities provision for Janssen AI as business model develops. Managing "firewall" arrangements between Elan and Janssen AI.
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Manager, Information Technology and Facilities Management - Janssen Al, LLC
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, a Bachelors degree is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Qualification is preferred. Experienced in I.T. support for Facilities/Operations groups is required. Experienced in I.T. and Facilities change management with a in Pharma R&D organization is required. Experience with administration and coordination skills across peer groups is required. Knowledge of J&J systems, J&J standards and processes is preferred. 10-20% International and Domestic travel is required.
