JOB DESCRIPTION: Director, Licensing -Stiefel BD L

The Director will be responsible for the following:
--Identifying, evaluation and initiating new business opportunities ans working with Stiefel management to prioritize and lead or support BD projects as required.
--Oversight of transactions for smaller licensing deals and coordinate support from GSK WWBD and Corporate Development for larger licensing deals and acquisitions
--Leading and coordination of teams for evaluation and diligence
This individual must be able to work independently with a strong-results-orientation; to work in a constantly changing environment.
This individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact and influence all levels of management.
This individual will represent Stiefel's/GSK"S dermatology interests externally regarding potential business collaborations.

Basic requirement:
Bachelor degree
Business development experience

10 years Pharma experience
MBA or advanced degree
R&D background/experience
Experience leading and developing business agreements
Experience leading diligence teams
Experience conducting commercial evaluations
