JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER ACUTE CARE CHARGEBACKS

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Manager Acute Care Chargebacks located in Piscataway, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides account management, contracting and supply chain to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, employers, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions.

The Acute Care Chargebacks Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Acute Care Chargebacks department including: providing oversight to ensure that wholesaler chargebacks are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with all relevant contract terms and conditions, development and monitoring of operating company service level agreements , ensuring accuracy of and adherence to SOPs and WIs , and satisfy all compliance and audit requirements (including Sarbanes-Oxley), management of required operational analysis and projects, leading and implementing the future state of the JJHCS Chargebacks process, planning various department activities including the development and implementation of department metrics, leading cross company and inter-company process improvement teams and initiatives, strengthening relationships with Operating Company partners and external customers, providing leadership and key subject matter expertise in shaping, reviewing and organizing new payment programs and implementing process improvements to both improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Chargebacks team. The individual filling this role should comfortably be able to challenge and motivate people to reach their highest potential, foster continuous professional development and career growth of a diverse workforce, lead and champion change management and mentor all associates within the team to ensure successful completion of their job accountabilities and guidance around career development plans. This individual must maintain a current level of knowledge and expertise on healthcare laws, regulations, and audit requirements (corporate internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, Health Care Compliance).


REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: MANAGER ACUTE CARE CHARGEBACKS

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 6 years business experience is required. Strong leadership skills and experience managing people directly or managing cross-functional project teams indirectly is required. Pharmaceutical Chargebacks experience or related experience is required. Knowledge of the contracting continuum is highly preferred. Strong accounting and financial skills are required. Audit skills and experience with developing, implementing and monitoring internal controls is highly preferred. Experience with Sarbanes Oxley, System Implementations and Health Care Compliance is highly desirable. This position will be based in Piscataway and will require up to 15% travel is required.
