JOB DESCRIPTION: Prin LDRP Finance Associate
Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) participants will provide decision support in the form of business, financial and operational analysis to functional departments. They will apply financial and operational knowledge to address a variety of complex business problems and opportunities in both an individual and team environment, striving to develop and enhance business partnering between Finance and business functions. The stretch job assignment may be focused in any number of areas, including, but not limited to, financial modeling, cost management, budget analysis & planning, operational & process design, and financial accounting.
REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Prin LDRP Finance Associate

Requires a Bachelors Degree and must have begun work toward an MBA with a Finance concentration. Three years of relevant work experience is required. Ideal candidates will have excellent analytical and leadership skills, as well as a solid foundation in business management fundamentals. Applicants should be highly mobile, willing to pursue various domestic or international assignments.
