JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Coordinate, consolidate and analyze the division’s financial projections, budgets, and related submissions to Corporate. Do so with minimal supervision. Complete special projects as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate and direct all aspects of the monthly and quarterly projections.
* Coordinate and direct all aspects of annual budget generation.
* Participate in and support annual strategic plan process.
* Perform in-depth financial analysis of division’s financial statements and propose recommendations to management.
* Maintain and enhance internal budgeting software system, ensuring integrity of data, continuity of system interfaces, readiness for annual budget cycle, end-user training and coordination of software upgrades.
* Serve as system administrator for budget system.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Financial Analyst


* 4+ years experience as an individual contributor in a business finance environment; prefer experience in both public and private accounting.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; Access proficiency a plus.
* Prefer applied knowledge of Hyperion HFM.
* Oracle Experience a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a small team.
* Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze financial statements and information in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, communicate (both verbally and in writing), and present financial information.
* Demonstrated ability to provide internal customer service.
